Sales for exact shipping costs and any applicable sales tax before sending your payment.
Sales Tax
All orders shipped within the state of Massachusetts are subject to the 6.25% MA sales tax.
If you are not required to pay Mass sales tax, a copy of your Massachusetts Tax-Exempt Certificate
must be on file at our office.
Shipping
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, except US holidays, generally within 48 hours of your order
(credit card orders). Prepaid orders are shipped within 1 business day of check clearing.
Shipping and handling charges are at a flat rate for orders within the continental US, and
assume shipment via standard delivery (ground). For expedited shipment using an express carrier,
and for shipment to Alaska or Hawaii, additional shipping charges apply. Please contact Sales
for details.
Returns
All returns must be authorized by Current Concept DesignWorks, Inc., within 30 days of shipment
receipt and be in new condition in original packaging. Returns are subject to a $30 per unit
re-test and re-stock fee. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization and issue
of an RMA number. Customer pays the return shipping charges. Send returns via a traceable
carrier with the RMA number clearly marked on the OUTSIDE of the package to:

Warranty
Current Concept DesignWorks, Inc. products are warranted to be free from defects in material
and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. During the warranty period,
Current Concept DesignWorks will, at its option, either repair or replace products that prove
to be defective. This warranty is void if the products have been damaged by customer error or
negligence or if there has been unauthorized modification. In no event shall the liability of
Current Concept DesignWorks, Inc. exceed the buyer's purchase price, nor shall Current Concept
DesignWorks, Inc. be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Please direct all warranty
claims to Support@ccdesignworks.com.
